This Needs To Be Heard Twice

I shared this on Instagram today and I feel it needs to be heard twice.

Please take time to read the caption below the image...

1 minute difference can change your whole perspective on someone 👀 They could be a "fitness inspo" on the gram [ lighting, flexing, smiling, ‘life-is-perfect’-ing ] or just another person you scroll past on the gram working on their fitness and tracking it for their own joy.

Regardless of how low someone’s body fat levels are or how much lean muscle mass they may have, they are not better than you in any way. They are not smarter, happier, smarter or more successful than you... they just have less body fat. Less body fat DOES NOT = happiness.

Just because someone has a 6-pack doesn’t mean they are healthy.

Just because someone is a millionaire doesn’t mean they are happy.

Just because someone wears Louis Vuitton doesn’t mean they feel confident in it.

Just because someone has heaps of friends doesn’t mean they don’t live a lonely life inside.

Just because someone has a wedding ring on their finger, doesn’t mean they are happy when they lay next to their spouse.

Just because someone is good looking doesn’t mean that they’re not insecure and hate their reflection.

Somehow having all these "things" and "ideals" to impress others has gotten in the way of being truly happy.

1) Worry about yourself and what makes you happy 😎✌️

2) Never judge others, you don’t know what they’re going through 🙁

3) Find confidence and happiness within yourself. Not your things, your body fat, your possessions, your looks and/or your money.

What if you lost them?

Would you still be as confident?

Would you still be happy?

This is coming from the guy who used to think he was a good coach because he had abs (not true at all), found his confidence in his physique and bought luxury clothes to feel more confident (didn’t make me more confident AT ALL).

Here’s to REAL happiness, B 😘
