Premium face to face coaching with Brock as your personal trainer. Brock will coach your body transformation face to face in his personal gym in Sydney, Australia: The Team Brock Ashby Bodyquarters. Capacity is extremely limited and you must apply to be accepted.

  • Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced as Brock will personalise his coaching to your training level.

  • This can be done with or without gym access an the coaching sessions are done at the Team Brock Ashby Bodyquarters in Sydney.
