Seeing Stars And Never Giving Up

At 6:30pm last night I started seeing stars.

I couldn't read my phone or even really see the keyboard when I tried to type.

I lost all my peripheral vision and knew what was coming.

A migraine.

After about 60mins my vision came back.

I got a burger (or two) to see if that would help... no.

Then my head felt like it wanted to explode and I wanted to vomit.

But on November 10th I promised to eat ice cream every day for 30 Days and yesterday was day 17, so I stayed true to my promise and smashed my 3 scoops.

Surprisingly enough I didn't spew it up and actually felt a bit better.

After an 'okay' nights sleep I still feel a bit funky.

Hurts my brain to look at the light BUT YOU KNOW WHAT?

Nothing worthwhile comes easy.

So here I am writing this e-mail after emptying my inbox to get back to my clients, about to do 2 hours of filming for the new #TeamBrockAshby website, then I will add 50 recipes to the new website, get a workout in and post on all my social channels.

When you're fighting the good fight, there will always be opposition.

It could be a migraine, a bad break up or a bing eating episode.

Bad things will always happen but how bad they are is up to us.

Play the victim and the bad will be bad.

Play the victor and the bad will build character and resilience.

The choice is ours.
