Drunk Driving Is Safer Than Bad Habits
I'm sitting down at a cafe writing this email with a long black by my left hand.
An Americano for my friends in America.
Every morning I need to find coffee, it's just what I do.
It's habit.
1) Coffee
2) Empty email inbox
I don't need a coffee, I mean, I won't die but it's habit.
I don't need to empty my email inbox but it's just habit.
To be honest it actually excites me 🤣
We are a result of our habits.
Even if I was told not to check my emails or I would get shot, I think I would get shot.
Not because I am rebellious because the habit is so strong.
And if I were to get shot for having a coffee, well, at least I would die with some caffeine in my system 😂
Habits can add to our success or really trip us up.
Habits can make us switch on the TV or create that website we've always wanted to correct.
Habits can make us eat a bowl of food when we're not hungry or have a glass of water when we think we're hungry.
Habits can make you keep scrolling this email instead of hitting the link to join #TeamBrockAshby.
Think of them like a car.
You can get in the car drunk and do some real damage to your life.
Or you can get in sober and get where you need to get.
The question is, where are you driving?
