I'm reading most mornings for 15-20mins.

At the moment I'm reading 'Think Like Zuck' which was a gift from a client.

And I stumbled across this pearl of wisdom...

"It doesn’t matter what developmental stage your business is in; it is never too late to clearly define your culture and your values."

I don't know everything there is about business but I do know one thing.

Running a business is a lot like living life.

There's ups and downs.

It requires time management.

It requires effort.

There must be a plan of attack to direct that effort into.

The daily habits and decisions of the business determine the outcomes and results that occur.

A lot like life if you ask me.

It may not be easy to start making changes wherever you are along the line but it is never too late.

If you habitually procrastinate on the couch, it's not too late to grab the remote, turn it off and go for a walk outside.

Or if you wander aimlessly in the gym, it's never too late to get a coach that cares for your results just as much as you do.

"If you want a different outcome, you need a different output."

Every decision in the right direction has the power to change your culture and your values.

Your values determine what you do and your culture is the heartbeat of it.
