Smiles on ladies faces and stressed looks on the men.
Yep, it's Valentines Day.
The effort men go to in order to impress their woman on Valentines today is crazy.
Flowers, jewelry, dinners, cute poems, the list is endless.
Like it really makes a difference 🙄
Just to go back to 'what they really do' as a boyfriend the next day.
Women don't care what they get on Valentines Day, they care about what they get every day.
"Every day is Valentines Day babe."
We've heard it before and it's the complete truth.
It's just like our diet!
As soon as summer comes around the corner, people sprint around the gym doing cardio, training twice a day, start drinking fat burners and protein powder and give up the drink for a couple of weeks.
Sure, it can make a difference in the short term but your body is just like your girlfriend [or boyfriend] on Valentines Day.
Our body doesn't care what we do in one day or even in one month.
It cares about what we do every single day.
We need to stop running around like a headless chicken looking for ways to trick our body into losing fat like a boyfriend looking for chocolates and cute cards on Valentines Day to fool his date into thinking he is like this every single day.
You're better off forgetting about Valentines Day and treating your partner better every day.

Our body can't be tricked, like a Valentine can't be fooled.
