Just before midnight last night my steps were at 9,938.

I had trained, I had ate well (pancakes for breakfast 😉) and I only had one last fitness goal to hit before I slept.

Hitting 10k steps.

So I paced the lounge for 1-2mins and hit my 10k.

Those 62 steps won't change my life, nor my physique, but the principle of finishing what we start is more important than what we are trying to finish.

One workout missed won't make our muscle disappear but it will make working out less of a habit.

One healthy meal replaced with an unhealthy meal won't make you fat but it will make opting for healthy food over others less of a habit.

One bad sleep won't deteriorate your recovery but it will make getting adequate sleep less of a habit.

"The principle of finishing what we start is more important than what we are trying to finish."
