The Accumulation Effect
Self isolation is challenging.
I find it easy to stay positive.
Inspiration and motivation usually flows through my veins but lately they are running dry.
Living stagnant makes us stagnant.
Going to the gym and pushing my limits with heavy weight had a ripple effect on my life.
Walking into the city gave me a breath of fresh air.
Interaction with family and friends brought me happiness.
Travelling gave me perspective and culture.
But even though we think of these things as the things that define us they do not.
Things don't make us who we are, our habits do.
If you're struggling to lose weight it's because you have a habit of delaying exercise and nutritious meals, not because you are lazy.
If you're struggling to stick to a diet it's because you have a habit of giving into temptation and eating the biscuits from the cupboard, not because you aren't committed.
If you're struggling to transform your body it's because you have a habit of giving up on yourself, not because you aren't capable of achieving it.
But when the things become too overwhelming for your habits, that is where I come in.
To keep you committed to your goals.
To make you a personalised program that actually works.
To get you to your dream transformation!
