When You're 90 Years Old, You're Screwed!
Take yourself forward...
You're 90 years old.
You've lived life.
Everything your life is like now (at whatever age you are), you have stayed on the same trajectory but are now old.
It's your birthday and you're about to blow the candles out but instead of making a wish you have to think of this:
What is the biggest regret of your life?
That's deep, I know.
Keep in mind you're 90 years old.
So don't give me the "I won't have any regrets because I will give it my all" talk.
You're 'no bullshit'.
You're about to cark it mate, you don't care for other peoples opinions by this age.
Especially some 26 year old fitness dude from Sydney, Australia.
Really think about it.
Did you put yourself first that one time too many and lose the relationship with your kids and grandkids?
Did you live a fake life of success, luxury and producing an image of wealth, when in reality you were dishonest with who you were and how much money, or debt, you actually had?
Did you work a job you hated your whole life?
Did you marry the wrong woman/man and pretend to be happy for decades?
Did you want to throw your alarm clock through the wall every morning because you felt you had no purpose to wake up to?
Did you ignore the fact that you didn't work out enough, didn't eat healthy enough and didn't prioritise your health enough? Only to end up overweight and unconfident...
I don't know about you but when I think of reverse engineering my 90 year old life, it freaks me out.
But in another way it's such a powerful way to change the trajectory of your life TODAY.
If you look up from this email to look at a wife/husband you hate jumping in to bed with every night, you can fix that TODAY.
You don't have to wait until you're 90 years old and full of regret.
You either work on it or get the hell outta there!
If you look down from your phone after reading this email to see your stomach staring at you like, "Why are you feeding me so many shitty foods and not working out?"
You don't have to wait until you're 90 years old and too fat to roll out of bed.
Don't wait until you're too old to make a difference.
Make it today.
And if you can't do it for yourself now, do it for the future you at 90 years old fuming with regret.
