Day in, day out.

I promised you (and myself) daily emails and that's what I will do!

No day is perfect.

Especially today.

The weather change from the Philippines to Sydney has really hit me.

I've had two green teas and am about to make the third.

Honey in it for my throat.

Supplementing vitamin C.

Drinking heaps of water.

Hell, I'm even sitting here in a scarf writing this email before I prepare to get at least 9 hours sleep.

I'm doing every thing I can to get better.

Which leads me to answer one question I have been asked before...

Do we train when we are sick?

Here's my rule.

If you can go to work, you can go to the gym.

You may not have to do your intensive workout program but you could work a sweat up on the treadmill or the rowing machine!

You be the judge.
