There are many ways to get to a goal, just like there are many ways to get to a destination.
You could drive which would get you there the fastest but you may get carsick.
You could swim there but you may lack the swimming capability to swim the length necessary.
You could walk but it would be a slow and peaceful way of getting there.
You could cycle but if it rains you 're screwed.
There are many ways to get from A to B but the best way to get there will get you there the fastest whilst being the most comfortable.
The best way to achieve a goal is to find a way to get you there the fastest that is compatible with how you like to workout, tailored to what, and how, you like to eat and aligned with how you like to live your life.
There's no point in walking when you can run or cycling when you can drive.
Which is why in Team Brock Ashby, I provide all modes of transport for you to get to your goal.
If you want to take it slow, we can walk to your goal and take in all the scenery of education and knowledge along the way, asking questions when you have them.
But if you want to get there ASAP, we can get in a Formula 1 car and get there as fast as possible and I can teach you how to break once we get to the finish line.
