How To Increase Your Salary ;)

Kiki and I are assembling a new bed tonight.

We all spend a third of our life asleep, so to be honest you just can't afford a sh*tty sleep.

Not only does sleep help with recovery, performance and energy levels but it also helps with things such as memory that we use on a daily basis.

So if you're still complaining about how hard or too soft your mattress is, I think it's time stop being tight (like I was being) and get a new one.

The pro's outweigh the con's.

That's one third of our life looked after but what about the other two thirds of our life we spend awake?

What can we use to look after that?

What can build our confidence to live to our potential?

What can have us walking in the best shape of our lives?

What can help us live a life full of fulfilment?

I definitely don't have all the answers but I'll tell you what can kick that off...
