We started a family...

Kiki and I started making a family yesterday.

Late last night we began.

Woolworths is giving out seeds and soil with every $20 spent (I think) and we'll try get all 24 diff plants.

The reason I love nature, whether it's pets or a plant, is that we learn what it takes to support life.

We need water.

We need food.

We need an optimal environment to flourish.

And caring for plants like Bonnie (our Bonsai tree) and our fish and now our new seedlings encourages the process of care we need to continually give to support growth.

We cannot grow in an environment that doesn't support growth.

Which goes for plants but also us, as humans.

Lack of sleep, lack of quality nutrients, lack of community and good friends will prevent growth inside and out.

However, a person with adequate hours of sleep, nutritious and nutrient dense foods, a good community to keep accountable to will flourish.

It's easy to look outside at nature and just see them for the colours they are but deep down, we are just like them in the sense that we will only flourish in the right environment.

Which is ultimately what I do for you in TBA.

Clean up your environment so you can flourish and get the results you desire.
