It's Not Just About The "physical"

If you didn't read the text in the message above, please do (or else this email won't make sense).

The reason I love training, eating well and looking after my health is not only because it makes me healthier and stronger physically, but also mentally.

The progressive overload I apply in the gym also helps me take more on mentally and emotionally.

The perfect technique I strive to train with helps me have attention to detail with my work.

The training sessions I need to prioritise throughout the week help me be more intentional and structured with my time management, though that could always be better.

I spent way too long on insta this morning 😎😎😎

The creatine I must take daily reminds me that our daily habits are the accumulation of who we become.

The healthy meals I strive to eat help me not forget the 'small things' we do every day add up and add to the bigger picture.

You see transforming your body doesn't only transform you physically but in all aspects of your life if you allow it to.

I'm not claiming that I'm going to revolutionise your world but I'm also not ruling it out.

It's up to you and how seriously you take this 8 weeks.

It could just be another "program" but it could also be the day that everything changed.
