The Thing I Care About After Sending 2 Years Worth Of Emails...
Today marks two years of sending daily emails.
730 emails 🤡
I don't feel accomplished.
I don't feel achievement.
I feel consistent.
And that's all that really matters to me.
Because I know that in the bigger scheme of things, consistency is what most people lack.
They date someone for a couple of weeks, get laid and lose interest.
They diet for a month and want to go on a 'cheat meal' frenzy and give up.
They work a job for six months and leave before getting into the swing of things.
But the ones that are consistent, they are the ones that win.
The boxers with the most consistent landing rate of punches, will often win the fight.
The CEO that consistently pushes his company further will win the most business out of his competitors.
The lifter that lifts the most consistently and doesn't just go over the summer and flakes in the winter, will build the best body.
Success is not created by talent, hard work or light bulb moments of motivation.
It's created by consistency.
Showing up every day and doing what needs to be done, regardless of how tired you are or how $hit your day was.
Doing what you need to do even when you don't want to.
Taking action when you feel like doing nothing on the couch.
That is what matters the most.
And if you want to unlock that type of consistency, let me coach you the habits of what it takes to be consistent and show up every day for yourself and for your goal to become the person you want to become.
Starting in the gym and in your workouts and rippling out into the rest of your life.
