It’s a special time…

Yesterday Kiki and I flew to NZ to surprise my brother and his wife (Sacha, my sister in law) for their birthday.

It's a special time.

It's Kiki's first time here in NZ, my home.

It's my brother and sister in law's 40th.

Got to see my dad, aunty and nephews last night, for the first time since my other bro got married.

P.s. my family play Monopoly deal too so last night we played a few rounds ;)

That made me happy haha

And Kiki and I will go for a little tour of the south island later on this week, there's a lot to do.

So I'm up early to get some work done and then go and make the most of the day.

Whenever there's a lot to do I wake up a few hours earlier to get some work done.

Work hard, play hard type of thing.

Because it's not worth it, having the "I should have" or "I could have" hanging over your head throughout the day and not being present.

When you could have just woken up early and done it.

Simple.

Like when you go the gym before going out to the clubs.

Like when you are consistent on your diet for 4 weeks before going on vacay.

You can go out, or go on vacay, knowing you have done everything in your power to do what needs to be done.

And that feeling doesn't just have to be before hitting the town or going on vacation, it can be every day.

Which is all I do for my TBA members really.

Give them the program, plan, education, nutrition and lifestyle changes they can make to get crazy results and encourage them to show up every day and do their best.

Do the work, get the result, enjoy life.
