How to make the most of your holiday (and your life) 😎

Taking Kiki around Christchurch has been pretty amazing.

Introducing her to my friends, family and showing her places like the house that I grew up in and the trees I used to climb as a kid.

It's nostalgic.

We've been ice skating.

We've been playing Monopoly deal with my family.

We went to Akaroa.

We went to the Botanical gardens and Museum.

We've packed a ton of memories in our short time here and it's only because we've planned our days out.

Where we are staying, activities for the day, restaurants to eat at.

Holidaying with no plan stresses me out.

I don't know how people just 'wing it'.

Not knowing where they'll stay and just free-styling everything, makes me anxious.

I get it, spontaneity is fun but it's just not me.

To me it's like doing random workouts.

You can get a good workout by doing random things in your workouts and enjoy yourself but there's no guarantee that you'll get results.

I always say, "random workouts get random results".

I like structure and I think it helps us get the best results in anywhere in life.

Whether you're holidaying or working out.

Which is why when you join TBA, you get the structure that you need to succeed.

What day to workout, what day to take off.

What macros to hit.

What steps to hit.

Educational videos to watch and grow your knowledge.

All beginning by joining TBA.
