The difference between GOOD 🥱 & GREAT 😁

Not feeling super flash today.

Just had a nap smack bang during the day, which I haven't done in a long, long time.

Could've done another 12 hours too but here I am on my laptop sending out this daily email.

In my eyes, these daily emails are more of a symbol to me than anything else.

Sure, they motivate you, which I absolutely love, but I can't say that every day, for 800+ days, I have felt like writing an email.

It's unfair to have that perspective too because you will just let yourself down.

We don't always feel 100%.

Which is why I have Daily emails, not just 'emails'.

To keep me accountable to my clients and my duty as a coach to develop people and help them become better.

If these weren't daily emails, you may get one once per month.

Because I'm not motivated everyday but I am dedicated.

There is a huge difference between those two words.

Which is why people who do workouts when they're motivated, only do them about once per month.

They workout 'willy nilly' and make no progress.

But people who are dedicated and have a structure in place, follow the program rain, hail or shine.

Forget about motivation and get dedicated.

That's the difference between average and sporadic results and excellent and consistent results.
