Todays a public holiday, Labour Day.

A day off from work.

Here's what I think about it.

If you're hanging for a day off from your work, you don't love it.

You probably shouldn't be in that job.

Maybe you're just trying to get by and put food on the table, which I totally get but beyond that, you shouldn't be hanging to stop what you spend most of your adult waking life doing.

We spend more time at work than we do with our wife, kids and friends, so pick something you bloody love!

The same comes to your workouts.

If you hate exercise and fitness, you just have the wrong modality or training program in front of you!

You shouldn't be hanging for a day off, unless your body is beaten up and you need to recover.

Other than that, you should be guns blazing and ready to go, all day every day!
