  • The Beginners Guide To Body Transformation has been designed around having full gym access AND if you are training at home. However, if you are training at home you will need a pair of adjustable dumbbells, an adjustable bench and resistance bands.

  • There are 3 different workout programs that make up The Beginners Guide. Each program goes for 4 weeks, as that is the time I recommend you follow a program for before changing up your workouts. Each workout is approximately 60mins long and may be slightly longer than that when taking your warm up and warm up sets into consideration.

  • I have created this program to build your confidence and empower you through education which is provided through detailed educational videos that you can watch at your leisure. Also, to ensure you are training with good technique, every exercise that is in your workout program has an exercise tutorial video. However, if you want to reach out for help you can do so in the Facebook Group or by emailing us at team@teambrockashby.com.

  • The nutrition guidance you receive is tailored to any dietary lifestyle that you want to pursue. There are no meal plans. You are educated on nutritional principles backed by the latest evidence based research to create your own diet around the foods you love and dietary path you are on to create a strong and healthy relationship with food.
