  • The Male Transformation Guide 2.0 has been designed around having full gym access. However, when you sign up you are given the “Team Brock Ashby Exercise Swaps” document to help you swap out any exercises you may be unable to do if you are training at home, or are unable to do certain exercises.

  • There are 4 different workout programs that make up the transformation guide. Each program goes for 4 weeks, as that is the time I recommend you follow a program for before changing up your workouts. Each workout is 60-75mins long and may be slightly longer than that when taking your warm up and warm up sets into consideration.

  • This program was created with the first Male Guide in mind. The first male guide must be completed before you start this program, if you want the best results.

  • The nutrition guidance you receive is tailored to any dietary lifestyle that you want to pursue. There are no meal plans. You are educated on nutritional principles backed by the latest evidence based research to create your own diet around the foods you love and dietary path you are on to create a strong and confident male physique.
