As I land on the runway of Sydney airport, I’m astounded by the list of things I’ve done in the space of 4 nights and 4 days...

- Walked the 1,000 steps walk (overrated in my opinion).

- Fell from a plane 15,000ft in the air with a parachute on my back.

- Drove the Great Ocean Road. Shot some content for my website and social channels.

- Ate dinner at Chin Chin (amazing restaurant in Melbourne).

- Shopped in the CBD of Melbourne.

- Visited the famous "alleyways".

- Booked two big international opportunities.

- Witnessed some amazing sunsets and sunrises in Brighton (suburb in Melbourne).

There is so much you can do in such little time...

On the other hand time can pass you by like your squatting technique as you increase the weight (gym joke haha).

Don’t let your body be that thing that passes you by...

The thing you wake up at the age of 65 and go, "Wow, time flies" as you look down at your gut you’ve been meaning to lose for the last 15 years.

Use time to your advantage and invest in your health.

TIME DOESN’T CHANGE IF YOU’RE GETTING OLDER OR FATTER. YOU DO.
