It's Not All About The Size...
A client gave me a gift today.
A simple gift. Totally unnecessary.
It was a pack of Granola Bites (they were so good).
She probably thought nothing about it...
It was probably under $10, which some would say is insignificant but the smallest things can give the biggest impact.
Was it just a packet of food on the outside? YES!
But was the intention behind it genuine and selfless? ALSO YES!
She was showing me that the calories are super low and how tasty they were for how calorically sparse the bites were.
It showed me growth in her education, increased nutritional awareness, displayed her generosity as a person and her appreciation for me as a coach.
Such small things can have such a big impact.
I felt so proud for the rest of the day #proudcoach
What small things can you do to make a big impact?
Have one less wine per night.
Read one book per month.
Drink an extra litre of water per day.
Sleep an extra hour per night.
Spend an extra 30mins with your kids instead of watching TV.
HOWEVER BIG, HOWEVER SMALL, INTENTION PREVAILS
