12 Hour Sleep AKA Cocaine

I did it.

Last night I followed my own advice and slept 12 hours.

OH MAN do I feel like a new person.

I feel like I have taken some kind of drug.

My mind is clearer.

My body is recovered.

My energy is through the roof.

To make it even better, I read for 30mins upon waking.

I juts finished the 4HWW and just started High Performance Habits (which was a gift from my first mentor) and I want to leave you with this quote that hits me hard, regardless of its simplicity.

"To succeed, always remember that the main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing."
