I'm An Unstoppable Calorie Consuming Machine

4hr 18min sleep last night.

It's only 2:24pm and I've had a can of white monster and 3 large long blacks to keep me functioning.

I've had enough caffeine for the whole of Australia today.

I've eaten eggs on toast with bacon, pulled pork toastie, bircher muesli, two protein bars, a juicy beef burger and a side of roast potatoes with a fruit juice.

I've had enough food for the whole of Australia too [ and I only just finished lunch ].

I'm on a roll, I reckon I'll end up about 5000-6000 calories easy.

Geeez!

This happens to so many people on a daily basis though...

Sleep deprived and excessively stressed, left wondering why they're not getting the results they want?

Eating like a truck!

Drinking like a fish!

Training like a wet sock!

So stressed you can't think straight!

So before you reach for the fat burning supplement on the shelf or start a 3-day lemon water detox, take a look in the mirror and face the fact that the reason you're not getting results is because your lifestyle doesn't let you.

But I've got some good news for you, it doesn't have to stay like that forever.
