Should You Take Steroids?
Just got off an Instagram live and I was asked this question:
"Is it ok to take steroids I'm not seeing any result even I try hard?" *word for word*
I have nothing against steroids if you're a competitive bodybuilder or professional athlete where you have to take it to stay competitive for your sport and it is openly allowed.
Your body, your decision.
But if you are taking them to find a short cut, impress a girl or flex on the gram.
THAT IS BULLSHIT.
If you take steroids you may get better results but you don't learn any of the following:
- how you got your results
- how to maintain the results when you finish the cycle
- what to eat to get those results
- what to eat to maintain the results when you finish the cycle
- what lifestyle habits are optimal for your goals achievement
- how to recover properly once off the cycle
- how to prevent injury whilst on the cycle (very common)
You will also feel the side effects of steroids which go way beyond the physical body.
Mood swings, changes in libido, skin problems etc.
Why waste money on a quick fix with massive downsides when you can invest that money into a coach who can teach you life long sustainable habits that will help you forever, not just 10 weeks.
Oh hey, that’s me. I'm that coach and there’s a place for you in Team Brock Ashby!
