Eating Ice Cubes To Get Shredded

Yesterday I went in to the HQ of Messina.

I went in to talk about an idea that is going to help change peoples perspective on health, fitness and weight loss.

This idea will transform peoples thinking.

I spent years as a lost gym newbie doing stupid things that I want people [ you ] to avoid doing.

Eating unsustainable highly restricted diets.

Avoiding social occasions to 'stay on track'.

Eliminating the exact foods I loved unnecessarily to chase an unattainable physique goal.

This doesn't have to be the way.

You can achieve your goal without completely falling apart.

Try these simple tips below:

Walk to work instead of driving.

Eat zucchini noodles instead of regular noodles.

Eat smaller portions.

Reduce meal frequency.

Those tips sound a lot better than the things I would do to try and get lean:

Run in rubbish bags.

Avoid carbs like the plague.

Eat a lot of canned tuna in springwater.

Eat ice cubes to speed up my metabolism [ still makes me laugh ].

I don't want you making these mistakes.

There's so many options if you're really committed to changing.
