I had a dilemma yesterday...

I wanted to heat up my food and have a shower.

So I got naked (joys of living alone), put my food in the microwave for 3:30min and sprinted through the kitchen and jumped in the shower.

I had my shower and I swear as soon as I stepped out of the shower on to the tiles the microwave went off.

I don't think I have ever had a 3:30min shower and done everything I need to do in the shower.

- Wash my face

- Wash my hair

- Wash my body

- Do my thing

The power of deadlines is real.

Even though this is a small and somewhat stupid example, I had pressure on myself to get a job done in a certain time frame and I got the job done.

That is why it is so important to have time deadlines on your goals.

"I want to lose 5kg in _____ weeks."

"I want to be able to deadlift 120kg in _____ months."

Without pressure, we procrastinate.

Without deadlines, we make excuses.

So here's a deadline for you...

You have 8 weeks to begin creating your dream physique.
