I Didn't Do The Ice Cream Challenge Alone...
Today I wasn't the only person to finish the 30 Day Ice Cream Challenge.
Kiki also finished it.
She did so well and I'm super, super proud of her :)
She lost 4kg whilst eating ice cream every day.
Which is actually more weight loss than I managed to achieve in relation to her bodyweight.
She lost 5.8% of her original bodyweight and I lost 5.7% of mine.
And she had it a lot harder than me with the weight fluctuations females face with their menstrual cycles.
She had 1 scoop of ice cream every day which equated to about 300-350 calories per day.
That's 9,000 - 10,500 calories of ice cream over 30 days.
She didn't train any more, or harder, than she usually did.
She just ate a bit less than she usually would have and made sure she had ice cream daily.
She isn't a body transformation coach but she is extremely committed to her goals.
She hasn't studied nutrition but has passion to become better.
She isn't a certified personal trainer but she has an open mind to learn and internal drive to do her best.
She is just like you and she made progress on her goal while eating the foods she loves (which happens to also be ice cream).
If she can do it, so can you.
