What Happened After Eating Ice Cream For 30 Days

Today is Day 30 of the 30 Day Ice Cream Challenge.

I lost 5.2kg whilst eating ice cream every day.

I had 3 scoops of ice cream every day which equated to about 900-100 calories per day.

That's 27,000 - 30,000 calories of ice cream over 30 days.

This is a true representation of eating the foods you love and making progress on your goals.

It's easy for me to shout "calorie deficit" at everyone, so I wanted to show you how it really does work.

I didn't train any more, or harder, than I usually did.

I just ate a bit less than I usually did and made sure I had some ice cream before bed.

Weight loss can be hard but it can also be very, very simple.

5 years ago if you told me I could lose weight and eat ice cream too.

I would have laughed at your face.

But with the right education, methods and strategies, you can.

I know what it's like.
