Your Schedule = Your Happiness

Today my schedule looked like this:

- coffee with Kiki in the morning

- reading my new book

- went for a walk by the water and got back to emails/DM's

- post content

- phone call

- zoom meeting

- lunch

- upload recipes

- nap

- workout

- film more content

- book flights

- post content

I loved every single thing I did today.

Every single thing.

But do you know what is messed up?

I hardly hear anyone say that.

So many people live lives that they aren't actually happy with because of one thing...

Their daily habits don't align with who they want to be, what they want to do and how they want to get there.

If our daily habits do not add up to what we want our life to look like, we need to stop those habits immediately.

If we want to lose fat, we can't keep the habit of over eating.

If we want to build muscle, we can't keep the habit of training at a low intensity.

If we want to get optimal results, we can't keep the habit of sleeping for 4 hours a night.
