Sober Driving In The Real World

Just got back home from sober driving for the boys of the bucks party.

It's 5:35am.

My responsibility was to look after the boys and drive them home.

Everyone had fun.

Everyone safe.

My job is done.

Sure I'd love to sleep 8 hours every night.

Sure I'd love to still be working out every night.

But life isn't perfect.

We live in the real world, not the perfect world.

Sometimes we can't track our calories.

Sometimes we can't measure our steps.

Sometimes we can't even workout or control what food we have in front of us.

Do your best.

The real world isn't perfect and the perfect world isn't real.

That's why in Team Brock Ashby my main goal is to educate you on the principles and strategies that work.

That way, when you face the real world you can make the decision that is perfect you.

With the right knowledge you can maneuver through any situation.
