Lo Fat Ice Cream Here We Come

I have a photoshoot this Friday.

From a photoshoot I did in Sydney in 2017/2018. Thanks for the Louis Vuitton tie Jamal 😆

The first photoshoot I ever did was in 2014 was with Kate Moss's photographer.

I was nervous, excited and completely inexperienced how to prep for a shoot.

I trained twice a day. A gym session and a cardio session.

I consumed zero carbs.

I dehydrated myself and didn't drink water for two days.

I didn't even eat fruit because I was scared of fructose.

People are scared of spiders, snakes and here I am scared of apples and bananas 🤣

When the photoshoot was over I binged and ate everything I saw in sight.

If you name a fad diet or a fad workout, I can bet you I have done it.

It doesn't have to be that hard. It really doesn't.

I'm not saying a body transformation doesn't take work, of course it does.

But you don't have to run around like a headless chicken eating like a rabbit to get results.

So for this photoshoot this is what I will be doing:

- walking a bit more

- eating lo fat ice cream instead of Ben and Jerry's and Connoisseur

- eating oats instead of granola/muesli

- drinking lo fat milk instead of original

- training exactly the same

There's no right or wrong but there's efficient and non efficient.

There's no right or wrong but there's improvement and damage.

It has taken me 12 years of training, experimenting and studying to figure all of this out.

A long time if you ask me.
