Why I'm Not A Celebrity Trainer
Every time Kelly Rowland is on Australian soil I look after her.
She was my coach on The Voice Australia now I'm the coach of her health and fitness.
I suppose I'm a "CeLeBrItY tRaInEr" but I hate that title đŸ¤®
She's a normal person but a lot of people are aware of her talents and achievements.
I'm a normal personal trainer but people are aware that I train her.
That doesn't make her, or me, any different in reality but in perception.
Fame and money doesn't change the how the law of thermodynamics operate in your body, nor does it make you immune to gaining body fat.
It may allow you the privilege of affording a personal trainer, healthy food and a gym meberhsip but that's about it.
Her workout program isn't a celebrity workout program, it's just catered to her physique, goals and limitations, just like yours would be.
Her diet isn't a celebrity diet, it's just like yours and mine.
Her progress photos aren't taken and edited in photoshop, they're on my database just like every other client I have the privilege to train.
I'm not trying to bring her status down in anyway through this email, I'm trying to open your eyes to the fact that just like you have to work for your body transformation, so does she.
Whether you are famous, rich, beautiful, incognito, poor or ugly.
The only way to get a body transformation is to put in the work and be consistent.
You know those people that we say to ourself, "I want to look like them"?
We operate under the same rules as them.
A calorie deficit causes weight loss.
Calorie maintenance causes weight maintenance.
A calorie surplus causes weight gain.
Progressive overload drives muscle building and strength increase.
Adequate sleep, adequate hydration and adequate calories result in optimal recovery.
You can do it like the rich and famous.
You can also do it like the poor and incognito.
You just need to be committed.
