What To Do In Times Like These
Last night at the gym when I was finishing up to get my back pack and head home I had to take a slash.
I took a pee, washed and scrubbed my hands and noticed the man that took a pee in the urinal beside me, didn't wash his hands.
He just got his bag and left.
I could tell him to wash his hands but to be honest I didn't want him anywhere near me, so I left too.
In the current world we are living in with lockdowns and limitations, there is one thing we are able to control.
Our actions.
`
Not anyone else's.
If our apartment is in lockdown, workout at home.
If we can’t gather in groups, make the most of hanging out in intimate environments.
If we can’t travel, find creative ways to entertain yourself at home or find places to drive to.
Within every obstacle is an opportunity to improve our condition.
Although times can be challenging and each persons experience is different to one another’s, our actions are the only thing we have the ability to control.
Focus on that.
Panic and misinformation creates nothing but fear in ourselves and people around us.
Ensure information you open yourself up to is credible and backed my evidence and research and above all stay positive.
