Something I Need To Say
You're probably sick of hearing it but as a fitness professional I feel it's my duty to say a few things at this time:
- Before you workout wash your hands.
- Wipe down every bench, dumbbell, barbell and kettlebell before and after you use it.
- Train with a towel.
- If you sneeze and cough, do so into your elbow.
- Avoid touching your face, nose, mouth and eyes.
- After you workout wash your hands.
This is if you are still lucky enough to be working out in a gym.
