Put Your Seatbelts On, We'll Be Here For A While ⏰
Training today is a lot different to training a few weeks ago.
Instead of doing a front foot elevated split squat on a step we're doing them on boxes made for a printer.
We used to lateral raises with dumbbells, now we are doing them with resistance bands.
We used to goblet squat with a kettlebell, now we're doing them with water bottles.
In NSW gyms are now shut for at least 6 months, who knows what training will look like in the near future worldwide.
One thing I know is that our health is the most important thing at this time.
We need to do as much as we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We need to have a strong immune system.
We need to be healthy.
We need to be exercising, eating right and moving as much as possible.
And by 'here' I mean, stuck at home away form work in lockdown/quarantine.
Be strong, be positive and be grateful.
