Eating Cucumber Is Wrong
I hate cucumber but I love sweet potato.
That doesn't mean it's right, nor does it mean it's wrong.
I hate cardio but love lifting heavy weights.
That doesn't mean that if you do cardio you're wasting time, nor does it mean that if you lift heavy weights you will get your dream body.
It's subjective.
Subjectivity is what you think is right, not what is actually right.
Subjectivity does not reflect the truth, it reflects your bias.
If it's right for you it doesn't mean for everyone else.
You may look at swingers and think it's wrong that they have many sexual partners but they probably look at a bored married couple that haven't touched each other in two years and think that's wrong.
Some people almost choke when they know how much their mate spends on personal training but their mate looks at them and thinks they're mental for not having one.
Regardless if you agree with me or not, here is my subjective opinion:
- Do whatever workout excites you and keeps you from boredom.
- Workout as often as your schedule allows.
- Eat whatever diet keeps you from binging and over restricting yourself.
- Sleep as many hours as you need to feel recharged.
- If you do random workouts every time you workout, you'll get random results.
- If you have no idea what you're doing or need help getting results, get a coach because time is the one thing we never get back. Don't spend 5 hours a week at the gym getting nowhere.
But once again it's subjective, just my opinion 🤷🏻♂️
