Calorie Deficit? What's That?
Just like any other industry has been affected, the fitness industry has been hit hard.
Gyms closed.
Personal trainers denied work in respect to social distancing.
Everyone has been saying to me, "Wow, your business must be booming now that you've gone online!"
Truth is, all businesses are suffering.
Not many people are in thriving mode, more like surviving mode.
More focused on finding toilet paper than a personal trainer.
More worried about the health of their children and parents than their diet.
And you know what?
That's fine.
Whether you dig deep and keep training in your living room, garage or hallway
OR
Don't train and let yourself focus on other areas in your life that need attention.
IT IS FINE.
It's okay to have more important things to do than workout and diet.
Sometimes you need to drop a workout for a deadline.
Skip the gym, or home workout, for your kids birthday.
Park your calorie deficit and sweaty workouts for family time and caring for your parents.
Don't beat yourself up for that, we're in a pandemic FFS.
But if you did want to workout at home and have a diet for optimal health, hit the link below and let's get started.
If not, look after your family.
This won't last forever.
