My 365th Email in 365 Days
A year ago today I started writing these daily emails.
This is email #365.
Every day for a year I have written an email.
I started these emails because I wanted a place to talk about more than workouts, sets and reps.
An environment where I can tell stories, share ideas and also give you an insight of what really goes on in my brain.
A place where I can give you and I an opportunity to work together.
I had no idea what would happen.
I didn't think people would wake up and look forward to opening their email inbox just to see what I had written.
I also didn't think it'd build the trust that we have together and that I have developed with my clients.
I just wanted to help you be better than you were yesterday because I have met too many people that are content and settle for a life that they don't like.
They live under their potential.
They complain.
They despise others.
Simply put, they aren't happy.
But it can all be changed once we understand that we can control where we are in life.
How we feel.
How we look.
How we approach life.
How we do.
Sometimes we have enough strength in ourself to take that control of our life but sometimes we need a nudge.
So here is that nudge.
From me to you, understand this...
We are an accumulation of our thoughts, the results of our decisions, the sum of our actions.
Whether you wake up and workout or hit snooze and roll over, it's on you.
Whether you make your own lunch or Uber Eats dumplings right to your door, it's on you.
Whether you make excuses in order to avoid the things in life you need to confront or face it, it's on you.

P.s.s. This is just the first year, plenty more to come.
