Two Birds Before 10am.. Not Bad
Two birds with one stone this morning.
Caught up with my lifelong friend and racked up over 6k steps.
Was feeling productive AF doing that all before 10am.
When you're on a zoom call next time, get up and walk while you're talking.
When you're working out, listen to an audiobook.
When you're microwaving your leftovers, hold a plank for the minute you're waiting.
When you're emptying the dishwasher, chuck some headphones in and call your nana.
Two birds with one stone always.
When you can do two things without diminishing the quality of one of the things you're trying to do.
I'm not saying that you can't do one thing really well.
I'm opening up your mind to say you can do two things really well, instead of one.
You don't just have to start a new diet on it's own, you're better than that.
You can start a diet, start a new personalised workout program and even start working with a new online coach to get the results you want.
