Why I Don't Want To Work With You...

There is a time for everything.

And what I have been realising more and more is, for some, it's not a great time to push.

It's not the right time to take your fitness to the next step.

It's not a right time to start a diet.

I's not a right time to take on an online coach like myself.

Money's tight, stress is high and family members may be sick.

This email isn't for you.

If that's you, I really don't want to work with you until you're ready to work with me.

Keep reading these emails everyday but focus on getting groceries for your grandparents and social distancing yourself from others.

Lower your stress and start meditating, spend more time with your family and go for long walks in the park to clear your head.

Let's worry about personal training later.

This email isn't for you.

It's for the person who wants to push that little bit more.

That person that has a bit more time on their hands to wrap their head around nutrition and training.

The person that has three dumbbells, a resistance band and a couch and still wants to get serious results.

The person that wants to get noticeable results in just 8 weeks.

I heard this quote today in the audiobook that I'm listening to:

When the student is ready, the teacher appears.

Here I am, ready to teach you how to transform your body.

If you're ready, this email is for you.
