How To $ave Money By Getting A Personal Trainer
Personal training isn't expensive, especially online training.
Let me tell you what's expensive:
1) Consistently buying organic groceries when they won't help you in any way for fat loss or overall health.
2) A $100 fat burner (waste of cash).
3) Wasting hours of your work week in the gym training randomly, getting little to no results.
4) Wasting weeks eating on the wrong calories.
5) Wasting 30mins per day weighing your food when you're on the wrong calories for your goals.
5) Spending money on a gym membership you barely use because you don't know where to start or what to do when you step into the doors of the gym.
6) Lululemon gym gear (but it feels so good).
7) An inexperienced personal trainer who forces their bias on you when it doesn't suit you, your body, or your goals.
8) Drinking BCAA's when you have adequate protein ($90 down the toilet per tub).
9) Spending years of your life unhappy with the way you look and having low confidence and self esteem.
