Why You Need To Stop Giving 100%
Lately, I've had many conversations with people and we're just feeling a bit flat.
Feeling burnt out.
Felling "stretched too thin".
Feeling a bit meh.
We're spending time training at home but spending most of it rearranging the living room or with less results to show.
We're spending time working but form home drowned under kids requests of being home schooled, or for half the income.
We're spending time fighting with our girlfriend, or boyfriend, because we're with them 24/7.
We're spending time doing nothing because we're unsure where to spend our time.
Or on the other hand, spending time doing too many things because we don't know actually know what to do with all of our time.
We only have a finite amount of energy to spend on an infinite amount of things.
We cannot do everything at full capacity of energy.
We can do some things, with some energy.
Don't be surprised when you go all in on training and diet, if you struggle to hit the same KPI's at work.
Don't be surprised when you go all in at work that your wife goes off at you for not messaging her all day.
I'm not saying you can't smash your training and have an awesome, balanced life.
I'm saying that you can't give 100% to 100 things.
But if you want to transform your body and you want to go all in.
You can.
And all I need is 8 weeks at your best effort, not 100% effort.
