Not Just Another Mothers Day...
Yesterday was Mothers Day.
A bitter sweet day for me.
Without a mother, I obviously miss Mum but I'm also grateful I have a Macedonian Mum in-law-to-be-to-soon-happen to celebrate it with thanks to Kiki.
I lost my Mum at 12 years old.
One bad experience has changed my future forever.
But that doesn't mean that the future is bad.
I still spent time with family on this special day, it just wasn't my direct blood.
It still felt like home.
It still felt warm and fuzzy.
And although no one can replace my real Mum, the truth is nothing will bring her back and she would want me to spend it celebrating the Mum's near me and what they do for me.
So if you've had a shocking PT (Personal Trainer).
If you've tried a diet and binged badly on a rebound.
If you've started a workout routine on Monday and never gone again.
If you've gone for a run to kick off your new motivated week only to get injured.
Congratulations.
You're human and shit happens to humans.
But one bad experience doesn't ruin your future. It changes it.
There's a solution out there for you that works.
A diet that works with you, not against you.
A workout routine that compliments your lifestyle.
A personal trainer that click with you.
If that's me, give me 8 weeks to change your future.
That's all I need.
P.s. Happy Mothers Day 💐
