My New Forearm Exercise... Squats

Last week Thursday I did my first set of squats in a year.

Guess where I was sore?

My forearms 🤣

They were so sore just from holding the bar on my back.

Why?

It was the first time doing them in over a year.

When you do something you haven't done before, or haven't done in a while, it's going to be uncomfortable.

Don't be surprised if you suck poo at tracking food on MyFitnessPal if it's the first time you've done it in your life.

Don't be surprised if you can't walk after the first day you work out if you've been on the sofa for two months straight.

Don't be surprised if you fail your first week of dieting on a weekend binge of ice cream and donuts.

When you step out of your zone of comfort, you step into your zone of change.

And if there's one thing we all know, it's that change doesn't happen overnight.

So don't be surprised if your confidence with transforming your body is low and you don't know where to start.

Thats why I'm here.

That's why I spent hours reading books, thousands of dollars on courses and thousands of hours on the gym floor.

To guide you through your transformation and educate you along the way.
