My Weight Loss Diet: Birthday Cake & Macedonian Pastries

Yesterday I went over my daily calories by about 1000 calories.

I had cake, pastries, desserts and way too much sugar and coffee.

Yesterday, I also didn't work out.

But today I woke up about 500g lighter than I did yesterday.

What type of sorcery is this?

How did I do it, you ask?

Well in the morning Kiki and I went for a big walk with the dogs, so my steps were high that day.

Over 20k to be precise.

We played about 3 hours of ping pong with the family during the day, which was what really helped me skyrocket the steps on my Fitbit.

Earlier in the week from Monday, I ate 200calories less than normal and I was already in a calorie deficit (so my calorie deficit was more aggressive).

So over the six days before Sunday, I had saved up 1200calories (6 x 200 calories) to "blow over" on Kiki's birthday.

I ate myself beyond full every meal on birthday cake and Macedonian pastries and still lost weight.

You see, this body transformation business can be as hard, or as easy, as you want to make it.

You just go to know what you're doing.

Remember this...

Working smart is working hard.

You don't need to starve yourself to the extreme.

You don't need to eat kale and chicken breast every meal.

And you definitely don't need to avoid social outings.

If you want to work smarter and not harder, hit the link below.

Give me 8 weeks, that's all I need to transform you.
