How 8 Decisions Influence 8 Years
Most of us know that we are an an accumulation of our habits, which form from our decisions.
That everything we do in life determines who we become.
But what that looks like in real life is different for all of us.
Every walk, run, spare minute doing dishes or washing I have been listening to audiobooks.
Sometimes for 10mins, sometimes for over an hour.
I have managed to read a book a month (only two months now but give me a break 😂).

These books have truly changed my life in what we can all call a challenging year.
