How To Earn Your Calories And Lose Weight

I know it's optimal to have veges throughout the day but the only green thing I have had today is the lettuce and pickle in the two burgers I just had for dinner.

I know you should have fruit throughout the day but the only banana I have eaten was smothered in Nutella and Peanut butter.

I know you should reduce processed foods but I had pasta for lunch, burgers for dinner and I'm about to eat a whole tub of Connoisseur ice cream for dinner.

I know what's right but sometimes I want to do what I feel like.

You feel me?

I worked out yesterday and today.

I played a huge game of tennis yesterday and my steps have been about 20k per day the last couple of days.

I know I haven't "earned" my food but I feel like I have, you feel me?

Lucky it's my high calorie day today and my overall weekly calories will equate to a slight calorie deficit.

You can eat the foods you love and lose weight.


You can have lower calorie days and have higher calories days and have your weekly calories still equate to a calorie deficit.

If you know what you're doing, life doesn't have to be harder than it needs to be.

If you know where you're driving, you don't need to drive further than you need to.

If you know where to fish, you don't have to be there all day vomiting over the side of the boat. because of sea sickness.
