Answer This While You Chuck Your Next Dump
Here's a question to knock your socks off...
What would the person you want to become do?
Would the person you want to become be happy with you hitting snooze and rolling over or would they get up straight away, fresh and energized?
Would the person you want to become workout when they felt like it or would they have a set five day structure they stick to rain or shine?
Would the person you want to become give in to temptation and peer pressure or stand strong in their decision to better themselves?
Before you close this email and move on, listen to me.
I know these questions make you feel like you're sitting in front of a shrink but it's worth asking yourself these questions now.
Before your habits are so set-in-stone you can't turn back.
Before you think you're so hot-$hit and that you know everything.
Let's be honest, we don't really have these conversations with our mates, or our family.
We don't have the conversation enough full stop.
So have it with yourself now, while you're chucking a dump on the toilet reading this email or lying in bed in front of your phone when you shouldn't be.
